  Abstract: The objective of the current research was to enhance the solubility of poorly water soluble drug i.e. atorvastatin calcium, by self nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SES) and formulating it as tablets using 23 factorial designs. The prepared liquid SES were adsorbed onto aerosil which acts as carrier.
