Abstract: When reading is transformed into a habit, another notion called “reading habit” comes into picture. The present study aims to assess the reading habits of Ph.D. researchers of ‘Language Departments’ of Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Descriptive approach of research was followed for designing the structured questionnaire. The final draft of the questionnaire was personally distributed to 53 respondents.
