Abstract: The aim of the present study was to prepare solid dispersions of a poorly water-soluble drug Tenoxicam in Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), prepared by spray-drying techniques. The physicochemical properties of the solid dispersion and drug-polymer interactions were characterized by DSC, FT-IR, XRD and SEM. Abstract: The present research work was aimed to prepare fenofibrate freeze-dried crystals using poloxamer by freeze-drying technique. Fenofibrate crystals containing poloxamer were prepared by freeze drying using acetone and water as solvent system. The prepared formulations containing drug and poloxamer were evaluated for solubility and in-vitro dissolution. The prepared formulations were characterized by DSC, FT-IR, XRD and SEM.
