    Vanishing Twin Syndrome

    Abstract: Vanishing Twin Syndrome occurs when one of a set of twin foetuses apparently disappears from the womb during pregnancy, usually resulting in a normal singleton pregnancy. The incidence is women aged over 30 year and multiple pregnancies. Causes was unknown, the problems will usually begin early in the first trimester.
