  Abstract: AbstractThe effect of cadmium (Cd) on lipid peroxidation and DNA damage was studied in a variety of SP18008 Sorghum bicolor seedlings which were exposed to different concentrations of Cd (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 μmol/L) heavy metal for two weeks. After two weeks of Cd treatment, Lipid peroxidation was increased in the form of MDA content along with increased concentration of Cd whereas increased DNA damage was also observed …
