Abstract: This paper provides report of a survey on the vague sets and also multiobjective decision making. As a further fuzzy set theory generalization, the vague set theory can overcome the fuzzy set shortcomings through defining the membership from two different sides of both FALSE and TRUE, rather than only through a value of a single membership.
