A Comprehensive Clinical Study with Ajamodakataila Matrabasti in the Management of Katigraha
Abstract: Katigraha is a Vataja Nanatmaja Vyadhi and it is explained as a condition characterized by Shula and restricted movements of Kati caused by Shuddha or Sama Vayu. Basti is considered as supreme therapy for Vatavyadhis. Matrabasti has dual action both Shodhana as well as Brimhana effect. In classics, no references are available for Ajamodakataila.
