Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is an emerging technology which shows a very good number of valid futuristic applications both for common people and military. As wireless sensor networks continue to grow, so does the need for effective security mechanisms. Wireless sensor networks are quickly gaining popularity due to the fact that they are potentially low cost solutions to a variety of real-world challenges. The basic idea of a sensor network is to disperse tiny sensing devices that are capable of sensing some changes of incidents/parameters and communicating with other devices. The inclusion of wireless communication technology incurs various types of security threats. This paper introduces security considerations with enhanced techniques. By identifying various threats and the research issues some security measures in the wireless sensor networks is proposed. In this paper we introduce different security considerations for accessing efficient security in a real time security processes. We also discuss the holistic view of security for ensuring layered and robust security in wireless sensor networks.
