The aim of this paper is to express application of old age people fall detection medical alert wearable device which continuously monitor body orientation of old age people with help of Razor IMU (which incorporates three sensors - an ITG-3200 (MEMS triple-axis gyro), ADXL345 (triple-axis accelerometer), and HMC5883L (triple-axis magnetometer) - to give you nine degrees of inertial measurement) when fall is detected it will automatically send SMS after10 sec through GSM module if pitch and roll value is greater than 50. This device comprised of Razor IMU to monitor old age people orientation, HC-05 Bluetooth to send data to PC to check whether device is working fine or not and to send SMS to register mobile number we are using SIM900 GSM modem.
