An Ultra-Low Latency Embedded sEMG-Based Intelligent Control System for Wireless Assistive Wheelchair Navigation Using ESP- NOW Protocol
Abstract: This research provides an ultra-low-latency intelligent control framework for wireless assistive wheelchair movement through single-channel surface electromyography (sEMG) and the ESP-NOW communication technology. The framework presented incorporates sEMG acquisition, simple real-time signal processing, determinable decision logic, and wireless communication for controlling the devices using inexpensive ESP32/ESP8266 microcontrollers. It also allows a system to function as an effective interface between a person and a machine suffering from severe motor disability. The …

IoT-Based Smart Agriculture System for Real- Time Crop Monitoring
Abstract: This review presents an accessible architecture for an IoT-based smart agriculture system that combines field sensors, low-power embedded electronics, wireless communication, cloud or edge data processing, farmer dashboards, and guarded actuation. The sensing layer focuses on soil moisture and temperature, ambient temperature and relative humidity (RH), light, rainfall, leaf wetness, water flow, and optional soil chemistry measurements. The communication layer examines Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, and cellular Internet of Things options, …

A Review On Smart Electric Pole Safety Device With Hazard Prediction
Abstract: Electrical poles play a significant role in the generation and distribution of electric power; however, these poles are vulnerable to numerous electrical and environmental hazards, including leakage current, overheating, smoke, heavy rain, or tilting. If these issues are not addressed immediately, they can lead to electrical hazards, load shedding, property damage, and even loss of human life. To resolve such concerns, this project introduces a new concept of a Smart …
