Comparative Assessment of Methylparaben concentration in Cosmetic product, analyzed using Enzyme Biosensor and ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography (UPLC): An approach towards detection of the environmental toxicant with higher accuracy and sensitivity.
Abstract: Methylparaben (MP) is one of the most widely used preservatives and is associated with a catalog of recently identified health hazards. Existing studies have also highlighted these compounds as environmental contaminants and toxicants that affect water quality and the associated microbial diversity of the habitat. The conventional methods for parabens detection is performed using chromatographic techniques, which assist in quantitative analysis of the group of compounds. However, the biggest challenge …

Gold Nanoparticle Size, Biodistribution, and Toxicity: Insights from DualEnergy CT
Abstract: Dual-energy and spectral computed tomography (CT) have emerged as powerful platforms for noninvasive, quantitative mapping of nanoparticle biodistribution in vivo. By exploiting the energy-dependent attenuation profiles of high-atomic-number (high-Z) materials, these systems enable material decomposition and element-specific imaging, thereby distinguishing nanoparticle signals from those of soft tissues and conventional iodinated contrast agents. Photon-counting spectral CT further enhances this capability by binning individual photons into multiple energy channels, improving spatial resolution, …

Electrochemical Biosensors for Disease Diagnostics
Abstract: Electrochemical biosensors have emerged as one of the most promising tools for disease diagnosis because they combine high sensitivity, rapid response, portability, and low cost in a single analytical platform. In recent years, growing interest in early disease detection has pushed researchers to develop biosensors that can detect clinically important biomarkers in blood, saliva, urine, sweat, and other biological fluids. These sensors work through the interaction between a biological recognition …

A Survey on Hydrogen Storage System using Composite Material and its Alloys
Abstract: The transition to a carbon-neutral energy landscape hinges on the ability to store hydrogen safely, densely, and reversibly. While high-pressure tanks and cryogenic vessels dominate today’s infrastructure, solid-state storage in metallic alloys offers a compelling alternative by combining high gravimetric capacity with intrinsic safety to form a composite material. This work presents a systematic investigation of a family of reversible hydrogen-absorbing composite material alloys—principally Mg-based intermetallics (Mg₂Ni, MgFeMn) and TiV-based …

Artificial intelligence-integrated nanobiotechnology for precision medicine, smart diagnostics, and sustainable environmental applications
Abstract: Background: Nanobiotechnology integrates nanoscale materials with biological systems, enabling breakthroughs in drug delivery, biosensing, and environmental monitoring. However, the complexity of biological interactions and the vast parameter space of nano‑bio interfaces limit conventional design. Artificial intelligence (AI) offers powerful tools for modelling, predicting, and optimising these systems. Objective: This review provides a systematic, STM‑compliant overview of AI‑integrated nanobiotechnology across three domains: precision medicine (AI‑optimised nanocarriers, personalised therapeutics), smart diagnostics (AI‑powered …
