Numerical Simulation of Efficient Two-dimensional Based Perovskite Solar Cell by Changing the Hole Transporting Layer
Abstract: In the designing of Photo Solar Cell (PSC) the choice of suitable electron transport layer (ETL)/ absorber layer / hole transport layer (HTL) with optimal thickness is very important. In the present device configuration of perovskite solar cell is TCO/ electron transport layer (TiO2)/ absorber layer (CH3NH3PbI3)/ hole transport layer (MoTe2/MoSe2/MoS2)/ metal back contact (Au). In the suggested device Hole transport layer was changed one by one with the MoTe2, …

Effect of the Annealing Temperature on CdS Nanoparticles Synthesized by Chemical Precipitation Technique and also Characterized for its Potential Technological Applications
Abstract: Cadmium Sulfide (CdS) nano particles are synthesized by chemical precipitation method. Cadmium Chloride and Thiourea are used as the precursor materials. Ammonia water & distilled water are used as solvent. The samples are annealed at 100°C, 300°C and 500°C for 1 hour. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Energy–dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDAX), and X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD) are used to study the morphologies, distribution, and crystallinity of the CdS nanoparticles and to …

A Review on Biomedical Application by Using Electrospinning
Abstract: Despite its extensive history and some underlying work in tissue engineering dating back over 30 years, electrospinning has not attracted widespread interest as a possible polymer; with applications in tissue and medicine conveyance only emerging in the last 5–10 years. Electrospinning's overall usefulness, versatility, and ability to generate strands with nanoscale widths have sparked increased interest. Similarly, the electrospinning technique allows for the creation of frameworks with micro- to nanoscale …

A Benign Route for the Synthesis of MgO Nanoparticles and Their Antifungal Activity
Abstract: Magnesium oxide nanoparticles (MgO NP’s) with particle size 50±10 nm were prepared by hydrothermal method and further characterized by X-ray Diffractometry (XRD) and high resolution field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The prepared MgO NP’s were also evaluated for their antifungal activity against Trichothecium roseum, Cladosporium herbarum, and Alternaria alternata. The antifungal activity of the synthesized nanoparticles against the selected fungi was assessed as reduction in spore germination and by …
