Bandgap Analysis of Quasi Bandgap Semiconductor Using FDTD Technique
Abstract: In this work photonic bandgap analysis of boron nitride (BN) quasi bandgap semiconductor is investigated using finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. Here boron nitride semiconductor is cogitated as a-BN, h-BN, c-BN and w-BN semiconductor, where boron nitride is realized by the combination of two BN semiconductor layers separated by air. Simulation for photonic bandgap of the aforementioned semiconductor structure is carried out with respect to thickness of odd and …

Implementation of 16-Bit Qam Using Texas Instruments
Abstract: In this paper, an implementation of 16-bit QAM is performed where there is a high use of Digital Video Broadcasting Cable (DVB-C), as there is increase in the usage the bandwidth requirement for each user is mutually increasing. Due to this, there is spectral congestion caused and drastic improvements have been taken in the field of communications. QAM multilevel modulation can offer an attractive solution to current bandwidth restriction in …

Use of Microwaves in Wireless Charging of Mobile Phone
Abstract: The foremost objective of this present scheme is to make the recharging of the mobile phones independent of their manufacturer and battery make. In this paper a new scheme has been made so as to make the recharging of the mobile phones is done by design as you talk in your mobile phone. This is done by use of microwaves. The microwave signal is transmitted from the transmitter along with …

Effect of Various Wavelength of Light Signal Over PV Cell
Abstract: Sun is an everlasting pollution free cradle of energy and solar cell have practically negligible operating cost with lifetime of 30 years, the only budgetary investment is the initial manufacturing cost. Due to photovoltaic outcome in Solar cell , the photons are transformed in to electricity , therefore the solar energy can be used for direct electricity generation .The proficiency of Photovoltaic cell are exaggerated by various atmospheric parameters like …
