An Optimized FIR Filter Architecture Using Approximate Radix-8 Booth Multiplier
Abstract: This paper presents an optimized FIR filter architecture using approximate radix-8 Booth multiplier. The radix-8 Booth multiplier is slow due to the complexity of generating the odd multiples of the multiplicand.
