Ce-TZP/Al2O3 Nanocomposites for Biomedical Implants
Abstract: Ceramic materials are widely used for biomedical applications because of their remarkable biological and mechanical properties. Titanium and titanium alloys are widely used for fabrication of dental implants. The foremost disadvantage of titanium is its dark greyish colour, negative delicate tissue states of the gingiva may prompt to compromised aesthetics. Anyway these days Zirconia implants were brought into dental implantology as an option in contrast to titanium implants. Zirconia seems …

Experimental investigations on mechanical properties of AL8081 reinforced with B4C particulate Mmc’s
Abstract: The aluminium metal matrix composites are becoming emerging and most versatile material. Aluminium MMCs are widely used since the applications involved in automotive, unique structural, defence and aerospace. At the elevated temperature levels, the potentiality of Aluminium MMCs is very high. The metal matrix composites (MMCs) mainly mitigate the weight ratio. In this article, the aluminium metal is conjugated with B4C particulates by stir casting approach. The stir casting method …

Similarity Solution of Two-dimensional Fluid Flow over a Flat Plate Using Shooting Technique
Abstract: The steady incompressible laminar viscous flow over a flat plate is solved using similarity variable transformed equation. The two-dimensional momentum and forced convection energy equations are reduced to boundary layer equation. These equations are transformed into similarity variable form. The surface of the wall is maintained at constant temperature. Shooting technique is used to solve these equations using Runge-Kutta method, Predictor-Corrector method, Modified Euler method, Adam-Bashforth method and Milne’s method. …

DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT
Abstract: Effluent water treatment plant works by removing sludge and bacteria from wastewater before releasing them into river. Several river basins are closed due to the excessive growth in the agricultural area, semi urbanization as well as in the industrialization. The performance of wastewater treatment plants for the treatment of small waste also does not meet the required standards. Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) mainly consists of treatment tanks, clarifier, filter press …
