Automatic Evaluation of the Thin-film Multijunction TVC Performance in the Highly Accurate AC Voltage Measurements
Abstract: In this paper, The Thin-Film Multijunction Thermal Converter (TFMJTC) is evaluated by comparing its performance with the Single Junction Thermal Converter (SJTC) performance. This comparison is performed automatically by making new LabVIEW programs which are developed especially for this purpose. The performance of the TFMJTC is determined with the help of characteristic tests which are important to each thermal converter (TC) to be determined to put them into consideration during …

Design and Implementation of Two Tank Level Control System
Abstract: This paper designs the electrically based solenoid control valve to controls the level, based on the error voltage from the MATLAB (Matrix Laboratory) control algorithm. Various control algorithms are derived for two tank system. Those algorithms are derived only on simulation data. Most of algorithms are coded using microcontroller. This proposed system is a live model of two tank level system controlled through MATLAB m-code. It consists of components such …

Model based Tuning of PID Controller
Abstract: In this paper PID controller with Internal Model Control tuning method (IMC-PID) is presented for robust operation. The implementation of IMC is simplified in large class of industrial applications as the process dynamics can be adequately characterized by a First Order plus Delay Time (FOPDT) model. Tuning of the controller is easily done by adjusting the filter time constant which provides improved performance and robustness of the closed loop system. …

Simulation of Neural Network based PID Controller for Pressure Process
Abstract: This paper provides a Neural Network PID controller based on Back Propagation (BP) algorithm applied to pressure control in a tank. The controller has many advantages like that more convenient in parameter regulating, better robust. Neural network is to adjust the parameters of PID controller based on the operational status of the system, to achieve a better performance, making the output of the output neurons corresponding to the three adjustable …
