Model Implementation & analysis in Face Recognition and Attendance System
Abstract: Face detection involves separating image windows into two; one containing faces (turning the background (clutter). It is difficult because although commonalities exist between faces, they can vary considerably in terms of age, skin color and facial expression. The problem is further complicated by differing lighting conditions, image qualities and geometries, as well as the possibility of partial occlusion and disguise. An ideal face detector would therefore be able to detect …

Types of Motors Used in Electric Vehicles
Abstract: A large number of pollutants is being emitted through conventional vehicles due to internalcombustion in its engine which increases pollution in the atmosphere. The price and demandfor fuel have also increased. So future demand and development of electric vehicles (EV)growing because it is eco-friendly, economical and high efficient. This paper presents thecomparison between different types of motors which can be used in electric vehicles so that itcan run with its …

Particle Swarm Optimization based PID controller for Extrusion Process
Abstract: The process called extrusion was used for making objects of fixed cross-sectional profile by pushing or pulling the material through the die of the preferred cross-section. The extrusion process was a nonlinear process in which the quality of the product relies on various parameters such as temperature, extrusion speed, etc.; hence there should be a controller working in an optimized manner required to maintain these parameters properly suitable for the …

Face Recognition Attendance System: A Review
Abstract: The distinctiveness or individuality of an individual face is the representation of one’s identity. In this mission, face of a character is used for the reason of attendance making robotically. Attendance of the pupil could be very essential for each college and university. The conventional technique for taking attendance is through calling the name or roll variety of the scholar and the attendance is recorded. Time intake for this cause …

Design and Application of a Lead Compensator to a Guided Missile Control System
Abstract: Phase lead compensation is an important and reliable method for classical control design in the frequency domain for continuous time systems. This study is concerned with the design of a lead compensator using Bode plot for a laser guided missile to satisfy the required performance specifications. Simulation studies are carried out in MATLAB which shows that the compensated system meets the desired specifications. Keywords: Bode plot, missile control system, phase lead …
