Nano-zirconia in current scenario
Abstract: This article is a study of nano-element form from various composites. Increase in surface area sensitive to medium under exposure has recalled trade specific issues to prevent usual use, to perform as a nano-culture subject. Thin-in-section has equivalently similar performance compared to those options which had rated from thicker constitutive. Synthetic methods to obtain nano-ZrO2 have been protocolized from sol-gel, co-precipitation, precipitation reversion, hydrothermal, microwave irradiation, thermal decomposition, and sonochemical. …

Zeolite-Y Encapsulated Copper (II) and Cobalt (II) Species as Hybrid Nano-catalysts: Structural and Catalytic Aspects
Abstract: Special properties inherent to zeolites in facilitating the construction of novel supramolecular assemblies by encapsulation of guest molecules (metal complexes) into their large cages can be utilized to use these assembled materials as novel catalysts. These modified solids have the advantages of both behaving as the homogeneous and the heterogeneous catalytic system. In the present work, copper (II) and cobalt (II) complexes of 2-amino ethanoic acid (2-AEA) encapsulated in the …

Review on role of lime on soil acidity and soil chemical properties
Abstract: One of the chemical soil degradation difficulties which affect soil production in the Ethiopian highlands is due to soil acidity. These review efforts to put together soil acidity concept, causes extent and management practices. Soil acidity is the problem of agricultural activities in Ethiopian highlands or cultivated lands and is getting an increase. To adjust acid soils and increase yields of crops of their choices farmers need simple and supportable …

Effect of catalyst and methanol on synthesis of methyl esters from used cooking oil
Abstract: Due to depletion in the fossil fuels and the increase of energy usage, the rapid depletion of fossil fuel is accelerated. Therefore, using renewable energy is a key solution to the problem of fossil fuel depletion. There are several resources of renewable energy like geothermal energy, solar energy, and biofuels. Biodiesel is a fatty acid alkyl ester made from renewable resources such as used cooking oil. The attractiveness of biodiesel …

Adsorption of Congo Red Dye in Aqueous Solution using Moringa oleifera Seed Powder
Abstract: The feasibility of using Moringa oleifera seed for the Congo red adsorption from aqueous solution has been investigated as a low cost and an eco-friendly adsorbent. Adsorption studies were conducted on a batch process, to study the effects of contact time, initial dye concentration and adsorbent dosage. Maximum colour removal was observed at higher adsorbent dosage. The present dye removal decreased from 95% to 81% as the dye concentration has …
