A Survey on Multiobjective Decision Making on Vague Sets
Abstract: This paper provides report of a survey on the vague sets and also multiobjective decision making. As a further fuzzy set theory generalization, the vague set theory can overcome the fuzzy set shortcomings through defining the membership from two different sides of both FALSE and TRUE, rather than only through a value of a single membership. MCDM approach has evolved to accommodate numerous application types. Methods dozens have been developed, …

A Framework for Test Data Generation Using Genetic Algorithm
Abstract: Software testing is one of the best methods to increase the confidence of the programmers in terms of correctness, quality and reliability of software. The testing effort is divided into three parts: test case generation, test execution, and test assessment. The goal of software testing is to design a set of minimal number of test data such that it reveals as many faults as possible. This paper proposed a framework …

SQL Injection: A Hazard to Databases Security via Web Application
Abstract: Databases are the first target of the hackers. Weak authentication is one of biggest reason for which we lose our confidential data. We usually share our sensitive information such as debit/credit card numbers, SSN etc. without caring for the fact that when our system will interact in the internet through the WWW environment, huge amount of data is being created which may have user’s personal information. It may cause a …

Reducing the Dimensional Dependence for Rank-Based Similarity Search
Abstract: In this paper a data structure for k-NN search, the rank cover tree (RCT) is implemented. The pruning tests for RCT rely on the comparison of similarity values and not on the other properties of the underlying space, such as the triangle inequality. Objects are selected according to their ranks with respect to the query object, allowing much tighter control on the overall execution costs. Theoretical analysis shows that with …
