Abstract

AbstractRight document Reference Service is the contact established between the reader and the right document there must be of use to him. To provide the right document there must be an intimate communication between the reader and the librarian, when the user asks for help, there should be the personal involvement of the reference librarian right from the beginning to the last moment when he gets all his documents.
