  Abstract: The paper introduces novel approach for surface and underwater waste collection, impact of water pollution can be devastating, affecting aquatic ecosystems, human health, and economies. Pollutants can harm aquatic plants and animals, disrupt ecosystems, and degrade water quality, making it unsafe for drinking, swimming, and other activities.
