  Abstract: This work presents the design and construction of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), to be used in order to realize a precise and accurate traffic study, a way to evaluate the real gathering traffic flow conditions in Kolkata areas based on videos taken by an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, is proposed.
