    Case Series of Splenic Trauma Treated by Splenorrhaphy

    Abstract: Twenty five patient of splenic trauma underwent splenorrhaphy at NIMS Medical College. Splenic injuries were graded I to V, and splenorrhaphy was attempted except when the spleen was shattered or when multiple injuries were associated with hypotension.
