Abstract: Collision tumors are histologically distinct tumor without histological admixture in the same tissue or organ. They have been reported at various site including skin and thyroid. Collision tumor involving ovary is rare. Most common histological combination of collision tumor in ovary is co-existence of teratoma with mucinous tumor.
