  A Novel Method for the Preparation of Eco-enzymes

  Abstract: A novel method for the production of an eco-enzyme has been developed. The eco-enzyme prepared is a complex solution produced by fermentation of fresh kitchen waste (fruit and vegetable dregs), sugar (brown sugar, jaggery or molasses sugar) and water.
