  LNA-BPF for Receiver Applications in ISM Band

  Abstract: A new approach of design and performance analysis of low-noise amplifier with band-pass filter at 2.45 GHz is proposed in this paper. High gain of 15.99 dB and noise of 1.024 dB is achieved at a frequency of 2.45 GHz. A low noise amplifier is used in receiver applications to amplify possibly very weak signals.
