Abstract: Sol-Gel chemical precipitation method has been implemented to synthesize Ag doped ZnO nanoparticles at 50°C. Wurtzite hexagonal crystal structure of pure and ZnO(Ag) nanoparticles have been confirmed by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) data. The crystalline size and have been estimated using XRD data.
