Abstract: A simple, precise, accurate and reproducible spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous estimation of Atenolol and Nifedipine. Atenolol and Nifedipine are used in combined dosage form for cardiovascular diseases. Hence, it is necessary to develop a method to analyze the two drugs simultaneously by UV-spectroscopic method.
