Abstract: This paper shows the study and research done on the design strategy of single phase sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) waveform. STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller, a part of STM32F103X series, is used for this purpose. Arduino IDE, an open source platform is used for developing the firmware for the SPWM signal generation on the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. This is an inexpensive microcontroller that can generate a perfect SPWM waveform of any desired frequency. …
