Abstract: This paper proposes a topology of hybrid cascaded multilevel inverter consisting of two inverters namely main inverter and auxillary inverter. Main inverter consists of three-leg inverter with single DC source and auxillary inverter consists of three H-bridge two-leg inverter with separate DC sources for each H-bridge.
