Abstract: Adaptive capacity analysis to model various emerging wireless fields like vehicle to vehicle communication, cellular and off-body communication based on inverse gamma shadowed fading mathematical model is derived. The derived algebraic model for optimal simultaneous power and rate adaption (OPRA) is mathematically tractable in terms of numerical and analytical handling.
