Abstract: In this paper, the impact of ETL/Absorber interface layer has been studied on the efficiency of perovskite solar cell using perovskite materials such as methyl ammonium lead trihalide (MAPbX3, MA=CH3NH3, X: I, Br, Cl) through the SCAPS tool.
