Abstract: Post-operative sore throat (POST) is a common issue after endotracheal intubation and can reduce patient comfort and hinder recovery. This randomized, double-blind clinical study investigated how effective pre-operative nebulized lidocaine, dexmedetomidine, and their combination are in minimizing POST.
