  Abstract: AbstractIn this paper, the accidental eccentricity demand of an educational building due to live load uncertainty is worked out. The various occupancies of an educational building are imposed with suitable intensity of imposed load as per IS 875 provision and for different situations of these loads the maximum shift of centre of mass is evaluated.
