Abstract: The present research article deals with the improvement of efficiency, and performance of tin based perovskite solar cells (PSCs) using SCAPS-1D software. SCAPS-1D has been used for investigating the absorber layer of the inverted p-i-n arrangement of tin based perovskite solar cells.
