  Abstract: The 'voice of customers' drives the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) process, which is a customer-focused product development method. Making decisions is a critical component of the QFD Process. Although QFD aids decision-making, its subjectivity results in ambiguity and uncertainty, resulting in less accurate and consistent findings.
