Abstract: Gartner’s duct cysts develop from the vestigial remnants of mesonephric (Wolffian) ducts which most often develop during and after late adolescence. It is a rare disease entity; small cysts and asymptomatic cysts usually do not require any treatment. Symptomatic cysts are usually managed by procedures like cyst drainage or aspiration and intra-cystic tetracycline, whereas large cysts may be treated with surgical treatment.
