  Abstract: This paper elucidates the impact of the pocket doped window on the analog performance of dual metal gate based silicon-on-insulator junctionless transistor (DMG SOIJLT). The analog parameters of the proposed SOIJLT are compared with DMG based conventional SOIJLT.
