  Pharmacognostical Studies on Commercial Drug Samples of Adhatoda zeylanica Medicus

  Abstract: ABSTRACTThe present study was carried out with the objective to determine the quality of commercial samples of Adhatoda zeylanica Medicus collected from Delhi, Haridwar and Cochin/Trichur. It was observed that samples from Haridwar and Cochin/Trichur conformed to the quality specifications and are genuine in respect of their botanical identity.Keywords: Adhatoda vesica medicus, pharmacognostical studies, quality evaluation
