Abstract: Abstract‘In vitro’ culture response of different plant growth regulators was assessed in two indigenous medicinal orchid species namely, Acampe papillosa (Lindl.) Lindl. and Aerides odoratum Lour. orchid for optimum callus induction and plantlet regeneration.
