Abstract: This study presents an integrated engineering investigation into the design, optimization, and implementation of advanced tungsten carbide and polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tooling technologies within the cold forging and wire drawing processes at Koobesh Kavir Semnan Company, one of Iran’s leading automotive fastener manufacturers.
