  Abstract: Probiotic beverages have a taste of acid that is produced by fermentation of probiotic bacteria. The acid condition can affect the structure of tooth enamel. The structure of tooth enamel is formatted by enamel prism that is composed by hydroxyapatite (HA) crystals.
