Synthesis and Characterization of Zinc-doped CdO Nanopowder Prepared by Mechanochemical MethodBy Puneet Kaur, Kanchan L Singh
Abstract: Zinc-doped cadmium oxide nanopowders with various Zn concentrations have been prepared using mechanochemical method. The structure and morphology of the as-prepared samples are investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).
