  Abstract: AbstractFerroelectric materials are of great interest for researchers worldwide, because of their unique physical properties and wide range of applications. The composite nanomaterial Ba(NiNb)0.5O3 (BNN) was synthesized by conventional solid state reaction method. The structural characterization was done by x-ray diffraction (XRD).
