  Abstract: In this study describes the industrial research of tan delta test of power transformer (16 MVA 33/11 kV). In diagnostic test measurement, we check the insulation quality of power transformer. Transformer insulation quality is tested by insulation resistance test, tan delta and dissipation factor testing.
