  Abstract: Background: Granulomatous mastitis is an uncommon, benign, chronic inflammatory condition of breast of uncertain etiology. The clinical features mimic tuberculosis and breast cancer that leads to diagnostic and therapeutic dilemma. Its optimal management is still unclear with high recurrence rate.
