Abstract: Stuttering is prevalent in both the sexes and in every level of society, though the disorder is more prevalent in males as compared to females. It affects people in all ages, from infancy to old age. Seventy eight patients improved satisfactorily and twenty two patients missed follow up. Abstract: Basal cell adenoma is a type of monomorphous adenoma of salivary glands. We report a rare case of left-sided parotid tumor in a 52-year-old male. The patient had history of left parotid swelling since three years. Clinically and on FNAC report, diagnosis was pleomorphic adenoma of salivary gland. The mass was excised surgically.
