  Abstract: AbstractInfectious bursal disease (IBD) (Gumboro disease) has been identified worldwide, and the disease’s socio-economic importance is significant around the world. IBD cause by the RNA virus which is selectively affects the bursa of Fabricius and destroying B-lymphocyte leading to immunosuppression and other concurrent infection results in high mortality.
