  Abstract: Lower extremities venous insufficiency is a frequent disorder that can cause a variety of symptoms, such as ulceration, soreness, swelling, and bulging leg veins. Whereas there is many other treatment choices, the more recent endovascular treatments are simple, safe, rapid, and very effective at reducing symptoms.
