  Abstract: AbstractIn our project, we are introducing a new smart system that will detect drunken persons and abnormal condition persons by alcohol sensor and heartbeat sensor. GSM system is used to send a message to the police station and relevant numbers for immediate action. GPS based system is used here to track those cars.
